Deep Dive Into Soul

A 5-day Women's Retreat

with Sandy Phocas & Amanda Zabel

This Soul Immersion experience is intended to restore you to a place of authentic empowerment in your life.

We are extremely excited to be offering the best of our work to you in a beautiful

retreat center, with very nice accommodations. The natural setting is peaceful,

serene,and full of wildlife, a gorgeous river, meadows, mountains, and woods.

While this retreat will be relaxing and nourishing, it also will provide a depth

of soul work that can bring about great transformation.

This is a highly experiential retreat. You will be given opportunities to deepen your

connection with your own soul, through Shamanic Journeys, Meditative practices in

Nature, a personal healing session, as well as free time and community time. We

will have art, music, movement, meditation, great food, and evenings of purposeful

fun! We will offer optional classes from a certified Health Coach, with an optional day

of juicing, if you would like to experience that. It is our intention to support your mind,

body and spirit in this five-day retreat.

When: Tuesday, May 8, 2012, 5:00PM to Sunday, May 13, 2012, 1:00PM

Cost: $520 for lodging* and food + $575 for facilitators fees and facility fee

Total: $1095* (inclusive) –or $995 if registered (with deposit) by February 24th

This cost covers: Room (double occupancy), food, facilities, all workshop materials, and facilitators fees.

*There is an additional $150 charge for a single room (very limited) based on first come, first served.

This is an opportunity to experience your past lives directly through hypnosis-induced regression! In traveling to past lifetimes, one finds increased perspective on the current lifetime and can heal emotions and unhealthy patterns, as well as receiving new perspectives. This is done using hypnosis to enter into a deep, focused state of relaxation that is not limited by the normal perceptions of space, time, or perspective. Belief in past lives is not necessary, as entering into the experience itself is healing--and it can also be seen symbolically, as one might view a dream.

Ignite Your Inner Fire: Empowering the Heart & Soul: Deep within you is immense energy and

power-- your life force, your passion. Too often, that fire dims in the busyness, responsibilities, and

chaos of day to day life. Take this time to dive deep within and re-spark that fire that lives deep in your

heart and soul. Using meditations, guided journeys, drumming, and creativity, you will release blocks

and re-awaken your own vitality. Class size is limited to 6 participants.

When: Saturday, January 21st, 9 am to 5:30 pm Cost: $120 Advance registration required.

Reduced rate of $140 if attending both Past Life Regression class and Ignite workshop.

Private Healing Sessions: Shamanic Healing, Past Life Regression, Hypnosis, and Mentoring sessions are available on Sunday, January 22nd.

Holotropic Breathwork™ is a powerful process that allows deep self-exploration, transformation, and healing at all levels of self. Drawing on ancient healing and spiritual practices, Holotropic Breathwork uses the power of breath and evocative music to help you access a non-ordinary state of consciousness. That state opens one to the innate healing intelligence or wisdom that is deep within the universe and within each of us. This brings to us just what we need at that time for our growth, healing, and spiritual unfolding. Thus, the experience is unique to each person and each breathing session.

$35 of cost is non-refundable. Full fee is non-refundable once within 7 days of the workshop date (unless someone else fills your spot in the workshop)

Contraindications for Holotropic Breathwork

Holotropic Breathwork can be an intense process emotionally and/or physically, and thus is contraindicated if you have: heart problems, high blood pressure, severe mental illness, recent surgery or fractures, acute infectious illness, epilepsy, glaucoma, pregnancy. If you have any concerns about a contraindication, please contact Sandy Phocas to discuss it.
