Empowering the Heart

Fierce Compassion & Authentic Living

A 6-week online course with Sandra Phocas

Open to your heart's deep strength and power, both the gentleness and the fierceness of its love. Seek the heart's rhythm, its wisdom, its power, its truth. Embody that truth, your own authentic essence, in your life, in the world. This 6-week course will help you to center in your own heart in a powerful and authentic way.Although online, the class will be experiential, incorporating shamanic and eastern spiritual practices, including shamanic drumming journeys, meditation, forgiveness and loving-kindness practices, and writing exercises. Class size is limited for active participation. Class dates: There will be 2 tracks available:       • Daytime track: Tuesdays, 1-2:30 pm, August 17 – September 28, 2010       • Evening track: Tuesdays, 7:30-9 pm, August 17 – September 28, 2010               (All times are per East Coast time in the US.) (No class Sept 14th) Cost: To accommodate all who are called to participate, rather than a set fee, I ask that you pay from the heart, according to your ability. Heart Quest

with Amanda Zabel and Nancy Petrik

Today, in this busy world, we are woefully disconnected from our hearts...what we long for, what we feel,

what we know. A "Heart Quest" provides the opportunity to re-connect to your heart while immersing yourself

in the natural world. There is a relationship here...our connection with heart and our connection with nature are

related. The Natural World will guide you, hold you, and challenge you as you fall longingly into your heart center.

This 3 night wander is an opportunity for you to spend time in a beautiful setting in nature, walking the land, listening to the wild and tending your heart. This is an all-camping event, with all meals provided. A solo night option is available, taking your tent into the landscape and spending 24 hours alone in solitude to dive deeper into your heartspace.

Shamanic Nature

A 5-week online course with Sandra Phocas

This online experiential course will delve into shamanic practices working with the energy and spirits of nature. This class is for those already familiar with basic shamanic journeying and the shamanic perspective. Although it is an online class, it will be largely experiential, working with shamanic drumming journeys, shapeshifting practices, nature-based meditations, and group sharing with the class. Thus it will focus not on abstract theory, but on practicing and integrating shamanic tools and experiences into daily life. This class will: - deepen your relationships with the elements and nature spirits - increase energetic fluidity as well as ease in shifting states of    consciousness - increase intuitive connection and discernment in navigating shamanic   terrain - tap into the healing power of nature Since this class is offered online, there are no geographic barriers to participation. Class size will be limited to allow for active participation. Each class will also be recorded, so that if class members are unable to participate at the class time, they can listen later. There will be a private Facebook group page exclusively for class members, for sharing journeys, questions, and having discussions about class topics. Sandy will monitor the page, bringing in further perspectives on what is shared and answering questions.

Past Life Regression

This is an opportunity to experience your past lives directly through hypnosis-induced regression! In traveling to past lifetimes, one finds increased perspective on the current lifetime and can heal emotions and unhealthy patterns, as well as receiving new perspectives. This is done using hypnosis to enter into a deep, focused state of relaxation that is not limited by the normal perceptions of space, time, or perspective. Holotropic Breathwork Cancellation Policy

$35 of cost is non-refundable. Full fee is non-refundable once within 10 days of the workshop date (unless someone else fills your spot in the workshop)

Contraindications for Holotropic Breathwork

Holotropic Breathwork can be an intense process emotionally and/or physically, and thus is contraindicated if you have: heart problems, high blood pressure, severe mental illness, recent surgery or fractures, acute infectious illness, epilepsy, glaucoma, pregnancy. If you have any concerns about a contraindication, please contact Sandy Phocas to discuss it.
